We are happy to announce that the FEHRL initiative BeCaTS (Bearing Capacity at Traffic Speed) has been reactivated. BeCaTS has been founded in 2014 to exchange knowledge on highway speed deflectometers.

With the significant increase of available TSDD (Traffic Speed Deflectometer Devices) in Europe and all over the world it is the right time to bring our knowledge together to guarantee that this innovative measurement method will bring sustainable and significant added value to pavement management. Quality management and best use cases are just a few keywords of what we want to address together.

On board are TSDD experts from IBDIM, DRD, ARRB, BRRC, FHWA, TRL, UGE, ARRB Systems and BASt.
