FEHRL member Israel National Roads Company Ltd. changes name to NETIVEI ISRAEL - National Transport Infrastructure Company Ltd.

Based on the decision of the company's Board of Directors and approval by the General Assembly of shareholders and records maintained by the Company's Registrar, and according to law, MA'ATZ –The Israel National Roads Company Ltd. has changed its name and will from now on be named "NETIVEI ISRAEL - National Transport Infrastructure Company Ltd."

The company remains fully owned by the government of Israel and current address, including its contact details (telephone, fax, email, website, etc.) will currently remain as is until further notice, in light of the planned move of the company's headquarters to a new building.
